Leadership

Having grown up in the shadows of the organization since early childhood when her parents were actively involved, Diane was humbled to become a member and honor the legacy and good works begun by the founding members.

Diane assumed the role of President of the organization in 2023, overseeing the changing of the organization’s name, relocation of the physical office, and a digital transformation including the launch of the website, virtual meeting capabilities, and an online scholarship application platform.

Diane holds a BA in Communications and a Minor in Business, practicing professionally as a Realtor® with Baird & Warner.

Maciej joined as a member in 2020 and currently serves as Vice President of the Dabrowski Foundation. Prior to his role as VP, he also served as Treasurer of the organization. He is a deep believer in the Dabrowski Foundation mission and passionate about helping the Polish-American community.

Alicja is a forward-thinking and results-driven human resources executive with a demonstrated track record of achievement in benefits and compensation and office administration, FMLA, regulatory filing and compliance, auditing, performance management, employee relocation, onboarding and exit interviewing, HR policy development, organizational design, and employment law.
